NEW BALANCE BASEBALL SCOUT TEAM OVERVIEW

Commissioned by New Balance and operated by Program 15 Sports LLC, the New Balance Baseball Scout Team initiative is building a nationwide network of regional scout teams. Rather than assembling a single national roster, it brings established baseball organizations together under one development philosophy. Selected organizations keep their local identity, coaches and schedules while competing under the New Balance name.

Every Scout Team follows a development-first approach built on Program 15's trademarked player evaluation and development model. Athletes receive individualized development plans, ongoing performance evaluations, workload management guidelines and regular feedback, with individual player profiles that track their progress over time.

Scout Team athletes also gain access to regional combines, tournaments and data-driven evaluation events at data hubs on Division I, NJCAA and high school campuses, plus a streamlined pathway to national combines and premier events. Organizations are selected for their commitment to player development, talent identification and program standards. If that describes yours, we'd like to hear from you.
